York Racecourse’s Music Showcase Weekend on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th July sees the first evening horseracing event in the York Racecourse season.
This a weekend of mega-entertainment mixed in with quality horseracing as part of the Yorkshire Racing Summer Festival.
Friday evening start off with the gates opening at 4pm with plenty of time to take your place before the first race at 6pm. The last race takes place at 8.30pm.
Combined with the racing experience the Music Showcase Weekend includes a dedicated live music stage superior to previous years in every respect.
Approximate times for live music entertainment will be 8.30 to 10pm on Friday and 5.30pm to 7pm on Saturday.
Madness will feature during Friday’s Music Showcase Event and you can enjoy performances from the X-factor Finalist artists – Lucie, Rachel, Jamie and, of course, Ollie on Saturday 24th July.
